Two weeks ago, per the plan, I was suppose to start going to the gym to do cardio 3 times a week. While I have good excuses for not starting they are excuses none the less. On Monday I will be at the gym at 6:30am for 30 mins of cardio and some core exercises. Time to get my focus back on training.
It’s been a good week for weight loss. I lost back the pounds I put on last week and than some. I’m closing in on 15 pounds lost in 5 weeks which is better than I expected. If I can keep this up I’ll be right where I was hoping to be for the race which is 270 or less. 70+ less pound on me which is about what the Tarpon 160, the kayak I ordered, weighs.
